Got Mediacom cable have it now for a little over a month actually 30 days done received 2 bills saying I am late and my first payment isn't dew for another 30 days. The installer lost our $169 install fee now they are sending us late notices.
Talked to management they said they have to talk to the installer first and we have a receipt, but they are acting like it is our fault the guy lost our check. What do you do in this situation????????
