I have Mediacom internet. Their modem does not come with a mannual.
The modem got knocked off the table and I lost internet service. I went through five of their phone rep's trying to solve what was wrong. The last rep said that they would have to send a service rep out to the house. I was without internet service for five days.
The service reps come to my home walks over to the modem and hits the reset button. He said that'll cost you 30 dollars. Why didn't ther phone reps know enough to ask me3 to hit the reset button. The training of their customer service reps stinks.
We are all just little P on to them.
