Since I first received internet I've had nothing but problems. My internet is always going in and out. Had a technician come to my house three times already. Replaced the modem but still issues. Having another technician come to my house on tuesday. Pretty much just wasting money on their services. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.

Mediacom - Shut Off without a notice!

Late on bill because of financial difficulties and got disconnected. It happens, but I called and paid the balance off and they had came out without notice and shut us off completely!!!! We have had them as providers for over 5 yrs and they did not give us a notice about coming out and then want to charge a fee on top of no notice for another $29.99!!! What a rip off and shame! Very insensitive!!

My wifi goes in and out you call customer service just to be hung up on after waiting 30 minutes and if you manage not to be hung up on they say we can get someone out there for your issues in about 2 weeks at between the times of 12am to 2pm just for them to show up at 4pm if they show up at all how is this place still in business overpriced low quality everything

Internet is totally worthless. Last week and half it's up and down. Mostly down. Not my modem/router, I've checked it at work and it works fine. I've called several times and these dough heads are clueless. They want to send someone out but said it would be two weeks. Last guy I talked to even said their support is awful. Will be changing providers this week.

Mediacom service can be good for about a month then crashes and you lose cable tv then internet then it will run for a few weeks then crash and your internet is on then off then on then off and Mediacoms answer is to send you a new modum and adjust your bill for 5 days.
