Not resolved

I have had no Internet for 3 weeks now. None.

They have sent out a technician and kept me on the phone for hours trying to resolve said issue. No one can figure out what's wrong. Since they cant figure it out, they said they are at a loss and it is something I will have to figure out. Seriously???They have replaced the modem/router 3 times in 3 weeks.

When they can't figure it out, they replace the equipment. It's not acceptable and no one knows what they are doing. They credited me a small portion $30.00 I believe. I'm just done.

They charge too much, loop you into contracts, and refuse to fix the issue. Even though we are paying for services they aren't providing, they refuse to let me out of my contract, which I never signed mind you. At this point I just want out.

I really despise this company. Thanks to companies like Netflix, they won't be able to loop people in much longer.
