How I loathe this company! In addition to the woeful and inconsistent service, they now claim we have not paid them despite bank statements showing otherwise.
This is the 2d time in six months they have misapplied a payment.
The last incident took two months to resolve even though documentation was presented in person at their office, and they still tried to charge a reconnect fee. Sadly, the only area where they even seem to put forth any effort is in cheating their customers.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss bad quality of mediacom internet service. Mediacom needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
