I have been using Mediacom internet for years. The only reason for It is that there is no other cable internet providers in Iowa.
The cable internet became very unstable rencently. They sent a few technicians in the last three months but couldn't fix the real problem. Every time when the outage happened, they simply suggested us to change modem. We went thru three brand new modems already in the last three months.
We are still facing the same problem. I feel My husband is almost as good as their technician now after going thru so many trouble shootings with them. I am waiting on the line to talk to their support supervisor.
I have been on hold over one hour now. Let's see how much longer I have to wait.
