We have been Mediacom Cable customers for 6 years. Outages are frequent.
Customer service is pretty much non-existent. They make appointments they don't keep. They don't call. They just don't show up.
Today is January 10th. Our cable and internet has been out since before Christmas, except for about four hours last Thursday. (No I am NOT EXAGGERATING) As usual repairman did not show up or call even though we waited all day and took time off of work, AGAIN. They don't want to let you speak to a supervisor.
They put you on hold forever hoping you'll just hang up. They know they have a monopoly in our small town and they just don't give a rat's ***. Absolutely, positively, the worst service and customer service with any company with whom I've ever done business in my 60 years on this planet. Tonight they put my wife on hold for over 30 minutes and then just hung up on her.
