Horrible! They disconnected my Internet when I told then not to, then I had to pay reconnect services.

They never came back out to reconnect my service! Then charged me a whole month ahead of time! After I canceled the service, they sent my bill to collections in under 30 days with no emails or letters on how much I still owed!

Use anyone else if possible! No Internet is better than their internet!
