I just had Mediacom internet for first month at my house, but the Internet connection was horrible. When I get home from work and start using wifi, the Internet start disconnected.
I can't use Internet at all. Or it on for 15 minutes, and it cut off. Same thing happened in the morning, when I wake up, the connection is lost. Basically, I paid for the internet, but I can't use it at all.
I called Mediacom customer service to make appointment for the technical come out and fix it. They never showed up and didn't call to let us know.
This reviewer shared experience about bad quality and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Mediacom. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
