I pay almost $200 a month for internet and the fastest internet but every time I go to use my internet it freezes and I have to call customer service. I am a realtor and I do a lot of contracts and time sensitive paperwork online which most of the time I have to go to the office or library.
Even with telling customer service this they continue to up my bill every month and don't ever fix the problem. I think I'm paying for high speed internet but in fact they are giving me dial up.
There has to be something is customers can do! Cone on people I'm ready to explode!
