Last week I lost my internet for over an hour at 12am. This week it happened again at almost exactly the same time.
It is obviously deliberate downtime. I can't have this happen. That is when I want to use the internet. I am doing things online at that time that are very important to me.
This is not the first time I have had trouble with thier service, and the last time I called them on the phone, it was an ordeal. I am frustrated with this company. I am considering going with another provider.
ATT knocked on my door a few weeks ago trying to convince me to switch to them. I may give them a try.
