Mediacom, what a joke, they can't communicate at all. First I schedule an appointment.
They can't get to me for 3 weeks to install my internet. Then they remind me of the appointment two days before. I confirm from 1-5 pm that day. Then we sit all day waiting for them to come.
No show, so we call at 4:30 to find out where they are. We get some customer service in another country that is clearly reading from a script. Then they state the technician just forgot to come and apologized. So we try to reschedule.
This time we have to wait almost 5 weeks before they will come again. They say they may be able to come sooner, but only we will have a call 10 minutes before they come.
If we are not there for that 10 minutes, then they will leave and cancel the appointment. Really?
