AFTER 25 YEARS WITH THIS COMPANY I WAS TOLD TODAY MY BUSINESS DIDNT MATTER AND THIS WAS BY 4 PEOPLE A SUPERVISOR INCLUDED.I COULD NOT HAVE THE CURRENT OFFER OF 69.95 FOR MY SERVICE BECAUSE I WASNT A NEW CUSTOMER AND ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME SHE WASNT GIVING ME ANYTHING SINCE I HAD CALLED TO CANCEL IT WASNT LIKE I WAS GOING ELSEWHERE JUST CANT AFFORD THEIR PRICES ANYMORE.THEY ALL 4 COULDNT MAKE UP THEIR MIND BY WHAT DATE I NEEDED TO CANEL TO NOT HAVE A $35.00 PENALY FOR CANCELING TOO EARLY.TOO BAD THEY WERENT IN THE EARTHQUAKE

mediacom is still complete *** i can't even keep on the internet long enough to do anything...

The customer means a loyal cable customer a*s h*le.

Being part of the cable system, mediacom shouldn't ever consider wanting customers to leave cable for a satellite or fiber alternative.

How about you get your facts right or learn about the industry.
