Don't, Don't, Don't get trapped into a contract with them. They have horrible TV & internet Service.

The high def channels are down more than they are up. Internet comes and goes and they always blame it on upgrading the servers. I don't have much choices where I live but Satellite beats this cable company. Thank goodness we will be moving soon and I will be able to go with Cox cable which is a better choice.

The customer service reps are hard to understand and seen to be scripting from a manual when they are trouble shooting. Stay away from them!!
