I have never been so angry with a company in my life. The customer service is almost nonexistent when you call.

I have been with Mediacom for 3 years now and my bill just jumped from $135 a month for phone, cable, and internet to more than $200 a month. I'm basically told when I call that I'm out of promotions and out of luck. I wish that they didn't have a monopoly in this town.

I could get AT&T internet, but would still have to go through Mediacom for TV unless I wanted a satellite dish, which I don't. Hate this company and their antics.
