I moved & transferred services, they messed up my bill, nothing was showing up online. I called several times to figure it out and finally someone told me how much would be due because it wasnt showing up online yet.

I paid the bill. days later I get a call saying my payment didnt go through and my account is scheduled to be cancelled. I tried to explain. It didnt matter.

I got charged the bill amount X2 because of a returned payment & a late fee.

I have been a loyal customer for 12months and i have made every single payment...Seriously mediacom??? we are soooooo done!!!!!

Monetary Loss: $119.
