They sold us a bundle when we moved here. What they didn't say was the phone service was through a little modem box. NONE of the phone jacks will work. We have a 4,000 sq ft house and only one phone jack in the whole house? So if the power is out-- no serve.

The internet goes in and out constantly(20 times an hour always)-- it is not just the wireless.

TV channels limited, one dvr box is slow, on demand doesn't always work.

I signed a 2 year agreement, but if the service doesn't work properly, how can they hold me to this?

Hey, you can have mediacom and have all of the jacks in your house work. call them back and ask for them to send a tech to activate your phone jacks for dial tone!
