They sold us a bundle when we moved here. What they didn't say was the phone service was through a little modem box. NONE of the phone jacks will work. We have a 4,000 sq ft house and only one phone jack in the whole house? So if the power is out-- no serve.
The internet goes in and out constantly(20 times an hour always)-- it is not just the wireless.
TV channels limited, one dvr box is slow, on demand doesn't always work.
I signed a 2 year agreement, but if the service doesn't work properly, how can they hold me to this?
