The cable goes out for hours at a time. Customer service makes you wait forever, only to tell you to unplug it and plug it in, which never works. They clearly have no idea how to help. The Mediacom service guy came out and told us there is nothing they can do, Mediacom cable is just that bad. Seriously, their service people wouldn't use the product! At this point I would use any service other than Mediacom. I asked for a refund, the said they would refund me $11 for the hours I have been without service. $11 seriously!
