Absolute garbage. Worst company I've ever delt with.
Was never told i had a cap in the WiFi ever after i called to see exactly what i was suppose to pay and what I was getting. I thought i was going through direct tv they sent my account information over to mediacom. When i cancelled after finding out about the overages for WiFi they kept it on for a week and charged me more. I left it plugged until igot the box to return it i thought it was off.
They want me to pay 312$ FOR WIFI.
They offered to take off half to go back but then by the time the fees get tacked on its back to 300. Unprofessional company
