My phone is out my internet is out. Mediacom told me it would be 2 weeks before they can provide service and this is a reoccurring problem.

I feel like a pile of dog *** the way they treat me. There tv ads say Yes we can come after work Yes we can come before school yeas we can give 30 minute arrival times. Well they told me to wait 2 weeks and gave me a window of 2 hours.

The last time they were out and didn't resolve the problem they said they would be here between 2 and 4. Then at 4:00 I got a call saying the tech is on his way and he showed up at 7:30.

Unfortunately we are not always able to have a technician out as soon as we would like to. All of our time slots are on a first come first served basis, so the next available appointment will not always be able to be a 30 minute time frame.
