I could have written ANY/ALL of the other comments I have read!!!! In the year we have had Mediacom, our phone, internet, and cable have been DOWN much more than it has worked.
After numerous service visits with results that might last a day...days spent waiting on techs who never come when scheduled....I am FED UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ask for supervisors to call me back; never happens.
If anyone has found a way to get RESULTS--please advise the rest of us!!
I have only been as disgusted with one other company...DISH NETWORK.
And, after the latest contracted employee came today to bury the latest "new" cable line....and after I walked out to tell him personally that we have a sprinkler system---don't dig it up or damage it---NOW my sprinkler system is ruined! Now what????
