This company is a huge joke. Our service goes out every single week, and every week we have to navigate the labyrinth that is their phone system just to get some dingbat service rep who insists on the same useless troubleshooting tips that never, ever work.
Last year our service was out for a whole week. When the technician finally came out we learned the problem was because our line had been disconnected. He promised us a credit that didn't come. Not only did the credit not come, but our next bill was $40 higher!
I absolutely despise their service. I would dump them in a heartbeat. They are terrible, horrible, no-good, very bad service providers.
