Do not use mediacom for your phone/Internet/ TV. They have the worst customer service!
My bill keeps going up to $134+ a month when they said it would be $90 a month for 12 months. When I call and complain they take the bill back down to $90 and the next month I get a bill its up to $140 again!
My tv goes out at least once a day and they said I have a low signal, so they would send someone out.. its been 2 weeks and no one has showed up.If you want to overpay for service you may or may not recieve due to the "low signal" go ahead and get Mediacom!
