I have been a Mediacom customer for the last ten years. There the only game in town.
When They came out with their phone service I subscribed. I had four instances where I was out of phone service for three days. The customer support took that long to fix the problem. The fourth or fifth time I got a rep who told me about a reset button on the back of the modem.
I pushed this and my phone worked. Very poor customer service/ Why don't we all organize as a group.
