We've had service techs at our house at least once a month and our cable / internet is still lousy... that is IF IT WORKS AT ALL!

We consistently are kicked off the internet and the cable freezes or goes out completely! Last tech that was here simply cut existing cable cords and changed out the coaxial connectors.

So over this terrible product and feel terrible for the poor souls that have to read and listen to the numerous complaints. Never had such terrible cable provider ever!!
