We called to set up an appointment to get an alarm system put in our home and told them either nights or weekends as to my husband and I work during the day. It states on tv and there website that they work with there customers.
But when we talked to them here is what they said. Im sorry we dont do nights or weekends.
Ummm excuse me. We have had mediacom for over 10 years im seriously thinking of going somewhere else if this is how they are going to treat customers that have been with them even this long.
