Mediacom - Horrible service

A snow plow cut our line of Internet. Media com comes out without telling us and then moves it to a broken box because we were not home to test out the internet to make sure it worked. Horrible customer service and they can’t send out a single person until Tuesday February 13. Ridiculous don’t get media com if you want customer service because they do not have any. Terrible service.

Well when time for person yo come out he half done the job told daughter he was late for another apponitment left my not finished said he eould come bsck tomorrow I have called several times got dispatch said they eould send someone and straw thst broke the camels back is he took my money. Mediacom - Terrible service.

Our cable works about half the time. Internet even less. Customer service is terrible. Have been told it would be fixed a number of times. Worst I have ever seen.
