Our cable works about half the time. Internet even less. Customer service is terrible. Have been told it would be fixed a number of times. Worst I have ever seen.

Cable keeps going out with a ref code of S0a00. Idiots at mediacon cannot seem to fix their crappy product and have to go a weekend with no tv. I hate mediacom but have no choice since i moved. Really need to get it together. How can they be in business and keep operating.

Installers connect new customer in condo unit and disconnect other uses in same condo. Customer service expresses apologies and then say it will be a week before service tech can look at it. This has happened 3 weeks in a row and there is no one who cares to help. Dont believe anything you hear from the call in service people or chat online reps.
