I have Mediacom as my cable service provider in Albany Ga and we (other customers in my area)have had an ongoing unresolved issue with service interruptions since February 13th. When u call for help, I can't get an appointment till 7 - 10 days.

The Technician fix will the problem, but, it never lasts. Sometimes the problem returns an hour or so after the Technician leaves. I then call back to see if the Technician can come back and they give me another appointment a week or so out!!! Why can't you all do a permanent fix for this issue.

Service sometimes comes on during the morning but quit in the afternoon and night.

Please fix the problem!!!
