Haven't come to finish job site and clean up. Service still undependable.

See the Video link to YouTube. This is the level of Customer service I have got from Mediacom. I have today spoke to Jennifer and the office of the president. We'll see if anything happens. Please View the video.You'll see a messy box of connectors, they didn't even bother to bury the cable.

At the time I shot the video it'll be 4 months. Customer service is so far non existent. I just called the corporate offices in NY and spoke to the president. We'll see if they really care.
