Its a joke! They want to rope you into a contract every year. 100 bucks a month for at most 3 hrs a day of tv.

Douchbag i talked to today wouldnt allow me to talk with a manager.

Ill disconnect and have it put in someone elses name & enjoy 40 a month for a year.

So much for being loyal....paying your bills on time.

I am writing this to complain about your service!! We have had Mediacom cable for many years and decided to add internet and phone services.

We got connected to internet by a very nice man, George, Had to wait a couple weeks for phone. A young man came to hook up phone. His cell phone was not working so asked to us ours. When he supposedly got done and left, we had to call because not everything was not connected.

Noticed later two other phones were not working so called, was informed it would cost $70 to connect one and $40 the other. Asked why it wasn't done before. No answer was given. Complained and your employee said she would check on it.

Got a call that someone would be here Friday to hook up. Stayed on line and talked to an employee and she said would have a charge. Told her to cancel the appointment. Come Friday morning and door bell rang and was service man to connect phones.

Told him I had canceled. He was puzzled and I explained what was going on and he said phones should have been connected first trip.

He reported it and we got a call from Mediacom and explained every thing again and employee said nothing. We are very upset with your service and are telling everyone to be ware of Mediacom and how they treat there customers.
