we have been in contact with mediacom and the nightmare that has ensued is unbelievable. we have been lied to a total of four times about a tech coming out.

whether it's a computer error or they tell there is no signal here. called headquarters in new york and they are suppose to be looking into it. right.

we have been lied to so often by customer service agents. we finally were told we have no signal.i have a facebook page dedicated to this debacle, "mediacom-lousy customer service", that tells of our nightmare in much more detail.
