WE MOVED OUR BUSINESS SERVICE TO MEDIACOM SEVERAL MONTHS AGO AND HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS FROM THE START. ON A GOOD DAY SERVICE WILL GO OUT SEVERAL TIMES FOR A MINUTE OR TWO, BUT THEN YOU HAVE DAYS LIKE TODAY WHICH WAS OUT FROM NOON ON.

WE HAVE AN INSURANCE OFFICE AND ONE MISSED CALL MEANS MISSED CUSTOMERS AND MISSED REVENUE. WITHOUT THE INTERNET AND PHONE SERVICE OUR OFFICE IS AT A STANDSTILL. I HAVE HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS I HAVE THE CELL NUMBER OF LES, WHO IS IN CHARGE OF TECHS. IT IS AMAZING THAT A COMPANY OF THIS SIZE CAN HAVE SERVICE THIS BAD.

IF YOU HAVE A BUSINESS AND ARE THINKING OF SWITCHING TO THIS SERVICE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SAVE A LOT OF HEADACHES AND DON'T.
