Not resolved

On several occasions the service I have recieved from Mediacom has been bad. When I can recieve TV the audio continusly breaks up and a few times I have recieved no reseption at all, no audio or video. Which is what happened this morning.

Currently I am without phone service. This has also happened before, more than a couple of times. After the second time I bought a cheap AT&T cell phone, which only works for emeergicies.

I am extreamly dissapointed with Medicoms quality of service and difficulty getting anything fixed. I can't call them and for some reason their web site is a maze of extra confusing "directions" that lead you arouond in a circle.

I am a disabled person, and I need a phone I can rely on. Does anyone out there have any suggestions?
