On 7/5/15 I called for customer service- someone from out of the United States was able to helped me. The date which was offered wouldn't work.

I explained I was on vacation all week, would there be anytime available then. She excused herself & said she would talk to her supervisor. She came back & offered Monday, July 6- I mentioned a dentist appointment, & could it be later in the day? We settled on anytime after one.

I called to see what time they might show up- to my surprise, the appointment was on July 18th. Jam not happy!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $68.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
