On 7/5/15 I called for customer service- someone from out of the United States was able to helped me. The date which was offered wouldn't work.

I explained I was on vacation all week, would there be anytime available then. She excused herself & said she would talk to her supervisor. She came back & offered Monday, July 6- I mentioned a dentist appointment, & could it be later in the day? We settled on anytime after one.

I called to see what time they might show up- to my surprise, the appointment was on July 18th. Jam not happy!

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to offer any options to resolve the issue as the author lost $68. This person is overall dissatisfied with Mediacom. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
