a sales rep talk me into letting them in stall a high speed modem that they claim I needed to continue to get service. I asked how this was going to affect my bill and was bold faced lied to.
Was told there was no charge to install it and it would not effect my plan bill...
They have a separate line just for it 7.50....I get so pissed I bought my own modem, they ran the code they needed off it to allow it to work, so they know I'm not using there's.... guess what still getting a monthly charge for it even though I don't have or use there modem.

I didn't like: No one resolves problem, Issue was not resolved, Confused and rude customer service, No follow through with customers.
