This is the worse most inept company I have ever seen. My internet NEVER works over 2 weeks without having to schedule a service call. Recently Medicom had complaints from 25 households in my area. They corrected the problem - for about 9 days, which is good for them.
I am writing this from a wireless connection at Starbucks because my Mediacom home service isn't working, again.
The repair people have been to my house 5 times in two months. Everytime you call the service department, you get a different answer. No one will tell you what the problem is, when it will be corrected, or how long service will be out.
Considering cancelling this *** and just using the free wireless provided at the public library.
