I have 3 services with medicom phone, internet and cable. I retired and bought new home theses were here already so thought i would try it..well internet out once a day cable out everytime it rains or wind blows sitting now with it out over holidays cant even watch the weather never got to see NFL play offs told 3 hours now its days..and I pay alot...what can be done, if i drop them for dish ill have to pay a early fee....i am so mad I am oldet person of fixed income always pay on time even pay for daughters cable, internet and phone who is in school in Iowa from mediacom....sitting here now on jan 6 2014 no cable....

Is there an outage?, in Davenport Iowa. .internet???

Again?? Our devices say Internet is too slow nearly every day...

now no service at all. Wish someone would come and overbuild so we could have other high speed options.your service is terrible
