After months of complaints, hours on the phone (some days 4-5 per day) with incompetent IT personnel where each time required starting from scratch with my problems while enduring a maze of options and foreign responders before finally getting escalating to a supposedly competent human, after about 10 different technician visits to my home, each of which was 1-2 weeks after a call requesting one, I finally demanded new equipment be installed in my house. The incredible waste of my my time and their resources to get to that point was staggering and so unnecessary, but they finally realized that they had the wrong equipment in my house for the service I had been paying for.
Stunning that their steady flow of repair personnel that came to my home could never figure this out, causing such a huge waste of time, money, and corporate reputation. After all of this over a period of 3 months, the system is finally operating properly.

3 months of repeated and ongoing attempts to resolve the most basic issues of suppplying internet service is unacceptable. Phone call after phone call to their bureaucratic phone system, visit after visit by technicians that are clueless with each appointment taking a week or more for arrival, and still no solution whatsoever for horribly slow, intermittent, and regularly non-existent service, all while charging me for what they apparently claim they can deliver. When you add in rude service agents, you create a company that simply has no grounds for staying in business.
No excuse in any company operating with this degree of ineptitude.
