I call several time for a service call but no one response so when I call they said they came out but I know for a fact that they didn't cause some was there then they rescheduled me but didn't show then my box went out no one came so I took it back my self by that time I'm already aggravated with them so now this time was really bad it started off they couldn't get anybody out to Wednesday but no one call or came out so I call and they said it was schedule for 11/14/2013 but the same thing happen I wouldn't advice anybody to get mediacom

Reading that comment made me feel like I was reading the results of some one playing mad libs and not only disregarding the word types but the whole story.
