I attempted to drop the tv & phone services, only to be told they refuse to do so. My contract with them is over and I want to go with another provider, it's like they want to just keep the billing cycle going.

They are the only isp provider in my area so I wanted to just keep internet but again they refused to even give me the cost of just internet. This company is the most deceptive I've ever done business with. I went to turn in my boxes and nope again they refused to sign off. They in fact ball faced lied saying to do so, I had to pay them 255 bucks really?

I'm not behind on any bill it's as if they want to keep milking me at any cost. So I leave you with this one statement avoid them at all cost, or it will cost you more than you think.

Wow, yep had the same issues with the Milton Florida office. This company needs a major revamping. Like fire all the liars.
