we pay $100 a month for service, cable and internet...and can't get service...WHAT? rEALLY?
A person should get what they pay, been fighting w/ Mediacom since November when we had internet hooked up. Now, we fight w/ them to just get cable...just not right!!!! What do we do? Switch to a company that raises rates w/no warning?
am tired of fighting...I want what I pay for...and Mediacom is not it right now...raise rates and service gets worse. I call the company at least once a month...adjust my bill?
5 days...no service...$1.00 off...REALLY???? government says we have to do this....BULLS..T!!!!!!!
