We took on the family cable last August with HSI the guy showed up with a HD box thought it was the one we talked about to the REP come to find out it was 6.95 thought ok no big deal now we get our bill its up another 11.00 because there was a deal on with the box with Starz and Encore,REAl NICe communicTion! Than last nite waited 40 minutes for customer service had no cable, whAt an outfit and they do nothing to make thing right this was due to the fact we called and are having the box removed from our service and when she changed our service she screwed up the reception on the other TV do your people Evan know what they are doing,sure doesn't seem like it call one person and if you can understand them it's a plus!
