I have call almost everyday about the interruption in my internet service. They finally send a tech out that is rude and tells me that we need to call and electrician.

He goes around the house several times and then tells me to ck the internet. The internet came up and was up until he drove out of our driveway. The internet and the phone service was gone this time. I work some from home and this has hurt me financially.

NOW I HAVE NOT PHONE SERVICE SO I CAN NOT USE MY FAX AND THE INTERNET IS ALSO DOWN. HE WOULD NOT EXPLAIN WHY I HAD CABLE BUT NOT PHONE AND NO INTERNET. PISSED OFF AND VERY ANGRY.

ANYONE LOOKING FOR A PROVIDER, I SUGGEST YOU LOOK SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN MEDIACOM. MAD CONSUMER!!!!!!!
