I have bundled mediacom service. The telephone system is OK< but both television and internet service are very unreliable.

The TV cable receiver box frequently drops all the stored TV channels, and i then have to re-boot the box in order to watch anything. The box has not recognized an of the music channels for more than two years.

The internet service repeatedly drops out of service for a minute or so, but that means if you are in the middle of anything of any website, you are totally dropped.

It is a total waste of time trying to get though to customer service. I remember one time I called and was on hold for more than 45 minutes before i gave up in total frustration.

When my current bundling contract is up, I'm switching to satellite service.
