The MEDIACOM service at the beginning was just fine, for a while. Then suddenly occasional service interruptions started, at first there was no TV signal then it started with the internet, shortly thereafter also the phone services.
That went on for weeks, I called and called MEDIACOM customer services, and the signal came back on for a short time and so it went for 2 years. Finally for the past 3 moths there was hardly any signal. So I refused to pay the bill, still no result, just talk, and so it went on, I now cancelled the services all together
The only thing that works with MEDIACOM is their monthly billing statement !!!! always right on time
Caution: AVOID THEIR SERVICES YOU WILL GET NOTHING BUT TROUBLES, THERE IS NO HIGH SPEED INTERNET SERVICE, OR ANYTHING ELSE
