I was told that on 829/18 that a technician would be at our house between 5-7. They called the day before and said they were at our house then.
(of course no one was home.) We rescheduled for 9/6/18 between 5-7. No one showed up. Not even a phone call. I've been waiting for 2 months to get my issue resolved and I'm not having any satisfaction.
Last week I was told that I would get a confirmation e-mail, but that didn't happen either.
They do call a couple of times a day to ask if I need to cancel. Seems like there are a lot of problems to have to wait a week for an appointment.
I'm about ready to go elsewhere!!!!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $50.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
