I am getting fed up with Mediacom, however, they are my only choice for high speed internet and cable. I am paying for channels I can't receive because they don't know how to properly set up a cable card.

Currently I am missing the Rose Bowl, Iowa's first trip in 25 years because Mediacom can't fix the issue. They have sent out techs to no avail. I know it is because the channels are not set up correctly in the cable card connected to my TIVO.
