Have had them for a few years. worst service and definitely worst customer service i have ever dealt with.

I wish there were other providers because they monopolize the market and gouge prices. And 3 weeks for a tech to bring a router that doesn't constantly reset? Ridiculous provider. Find another if you have a choice.

The hardware they lease is old technology and has problems constantly. Today i tried to convey via chat online with mediacom the problems i was having and the only resolve they provided was for me to drive over an hour away to swap a modem that i have to pay for.

Directly after that suggestion they person on the other end of the chat just decided to disconnect the chat and that was that. Now my wife is driving over 2 hours round trip because Mediacom has poor service/ customer service and also obviously not enough technicians.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
