Worse service in the world. Internet connections dropped on a daily basis.
WIFI fails daily. Modem and router swapped at least seven times, tIVO box twice. Week long wait for Tech's to come and attempt repairs. All they do is swap out hardware.
These problems began in July, new house, new infrastructure nothing works reliably. Prisoner in my home waiting for Tech's. on a weekly basis.I have also asked this be escalated to Engineering Dept., with no resolve. They now tell me to cycle power on the hardware on a daily basis.
I have had other ISP's and this the worse. Unfortunatley the only game in town.
