I called for internet and wanted the outside cable installed underground BEFORE the tech came to hook up service. Of curse that didn't happen.

They wanted to run the cable on top of the ground and leave lay there for several weeks before they could have someone come bury it. When I set up the appointment I told this to the lady on the phone. She told me that they could in fact install the underground first before tech came for final hook up. I call customer service and am placed on hold hold hold.

I wouldn't have Mediacom services shoved up my ***! Can't believe they have been in business as long as they have with service like this.
